Service people remember.

Good afternoon Mr. Powell. My name is Cheryl Goodson. I am sending you this text in regard to Ms. Shon Garvin and the services she provide our group yesterday, September 9, 2026. Sir, this young lady was so professional. Her spirit, personality, and character was noticed by everyone in the group. She is absolutely an excellent driver.

Our group were made up of 90 percent senior ladies and she treated everyone with so much respect and kindness. She arrived on time according to the arrival time she was given. She was noticed by people upon arrival and departure of our location. We noticed people asking for business cards and we asked as well.

I have retired and I have never seen an employee that was as dedicated as Ms. Garvin doing her job. There are not enough words to describe how awesome Ms. Garvin was yesterday. I am hoping that we will be able to request Ms. Garvin for our next group outing next month and every outing afterwards. Everyone in the group has been talking about her even today.

Please let her know that she is definitely doing such an awesome job. We all can tell she really loves her job. Thank you for your time. I wish Ms. Garvin abundant blessings because she certainly deserves them.
