About these terms

These terms govern use of the Rent Luxury Vans website and the RLV Social Publisher, an internal web application used to publish approved Rent Luxury Vans content to connected social-media accounts.

Authorized use

The publishing application is for authorized Rent Luxury Vans personnel. Users must protect account credentials and may publish only content they are authorized to use. Unauthorized access, misuse, interference, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Social platforms

Publishing features depend on third-party platforms, including TikTok, and their APIs and terms. Availability, processing, display, or removal of content may be controlled by those platforms.

Content and intellectual property

Rent Luxury Vans retains its rights in its branding and original content. Users represent that submitted material may lawfully be used and published. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their owners.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Rent Luxury Vans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the application or third-party platforms.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are calculated from the amount paid according to the time remaining before the scheduled trip start: 100% when more than 7 days remain; 75% at 7–6 days; 50% at 5–4 days; 25% at 3–2 days; and no refund within 24 hours of departure or after the trip has started. Eligible cancellations may be submitted through the online customer account and are returned to the original payment method after provider processing.
