Can I select an exact unit?
Yes. Choose a specific available unit during booking. If your first choice is unavailable, the team will contact you before changing it.
How is NEMT arranged and billed?
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) trips are arranged through Medicaid transportation brokers, health plans and medical facilities. Submit a request online or call 888-862-0276; dispatch confirms every request by phone or text.
Do you provide emergency transportation?
No. Rent Luxury Vans provides non-emergency transportation. Call 911 for an emergency.
What areas do you serve?
