Rent Luxury Vans is seeking an organized, customer-focused Reservations & Dispatch Coordinator to help manage bookings, schedules, and driver communication.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries about availability, pricing, and services

• Create and confirm reservations in our system

• Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers

• Communicate trip details and updates to both customers and drivers

• Assist with billing details and follow-ups as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)

• Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software

• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Prior experience in dispatch, reservations, or customer service is a plus
